A new format organised by the Innovation Hub Tourism & Culture of ÃÛÌÒTV of Genoa in the Ulysseus European University network with the contribution of the UniGe School of Social Sciences: an invitation to reflect on innovation in the field of culture and tourism, with a focus on issues such as mission statement, digital maturity, artificial intelligence for tourism, with an interdisciplinary approach that brings together different professional skills and perspectives.

The theme is framed by , lecturer in Tourism Marketing at UniGe,Ìýfollowed by an in-depth discussion with Chiara Zanola, Head of Marketing and Communication at DM Cultura,Ìýand the presentation of aÌýcase study. The seminar concludes with aÌýparticipatory sessionÌýwith questions from the audience present or connected online.
